These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Bourbon vanilla and other products by TerraVanilla to professional clients (B2B).
Article x: Price and payment terms
Prices are shown in euros (€) excluding tax.
They include delivery from our French warehouses, unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms: payment by bank transfer or business card with a 25% deposit at the time of order and the balance upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Article x: Delivery and Transfer of Risks
The products are delivered from TerraVanilla's French warehouses.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 6 days depending on the destination.
The risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or when picked up at the warehouse.
