Vanille Gourmet Bourbon (Grade A).

Vanilla Gourmet Bourbon is the the most sought-after variety for pastry-making and the an exceptional chocolate factory.

It is characterised by :

  • an oily, supple and shiny pod,
  • a high natural vanillin content,
  • a complex, round and persistent fragrance.

This pure vanilla, rich in refined aromas, is perfect for demanding chefs.

Split vanilla is available on request. Split vanilla is cheaper than whole vanilla, while retaining its qualities. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.
